The ending or change of a relationship, the loss of a loved one or beloved pet.
Relocating to a new city or country. Midlife Crisis. Health Issues. Leaving or starting a new job or the abandonment of an old dream and identifying a new one.
While you can’t change the past you can create a new present. It is not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself and make your happiness a priority.
As we experience life changing events the question is not why did this happen to me, but rather now that this has happened how can I rediscover my strengths, resiliency and find hope and move forward in my life.
